ServiceMax has a suite of products available for it’s customers. Two of these products are Service Board and Zinc.
Service Board is a dispatching tool that helps dispatchers plan the day for the fleet of workers they supervise. Utilizing features such as a Gantt Chart, Maps, and Project Scheduling helps them optimize the amount of time their workforce is being productive.
Zinc is a communication app that was created to solve use cases pertinent to field service. By having tailored experiences for these use cases, Zinc differentiates itself from all other communication apps and delivers a tool that allows team to collaborate seamlessly.
For these two products I partnered with a large engineering team, a dedicated Product Manager and I led the design for the products.
